Meet the team | Alexandre

The goal of these articles is to introduce the members of our team.
Here is Alexandre Rechagneux, Customer Success Manager, who joined Per Angusta almost 2 years ago!

Let’s start with a quick Chinese portrait!

If you were a dish?
Lasagna! 😋

A destination?
French Alps, for skiing ! ⛷

A famous character?
Tony Stark (Iron Man). Who wouldn’t dream to be a genius engineer able to build a flying armor from his garage?

A tool? 🛠
A corkscrew! It is a tool that does not have a lot of functionalities, but without it it’s just almost impossible to open wine bottles properly.

What’s your last impactful or impulse purchase?
A new pair of skis. I love skiing and I try to go up in the mountains as soon as I can during winter season. It took me a while to find the perfect pair of skis, that suits my practice and my level; but now that I found them, I’m never letting them go 😁

What did you do before joining Per Angusta?

I was a buyer for 6 years, working in pharmaceutical, industrial and services companies such as Grundfos or the Adecco Group. I was in charge of indirect portfolios such as car fleet, facility management or marketing services. What I really liked about my job was the variety of topics and the people I worked with. And for the little story, I used Per Angusta  for 4 years when I was in the Adecco Group… No need to tell you how convinced I was by the solution 😉

What is your current role within the CSM Team?

I joined Per Angusta 1 year ago as a Customer Success Management (or “CSM”). Our team handles two main activities: We implement the solution and we ensure day-to-day support to make sure our clients are satisfied – and of course, that they remain satisfied over time! We also manage support tickets and we keep training/user guides up to date.
What is very interesting about the CSM position is that we get to discuss and work with everyone: Our clients of course, but also our colleagues from Sales, Tech or Marketing.

Tell us about a project that you are particularly proud to have participated in Per Angusta?

Tough question! Since every single one of our clients has its own context and objectives, each project is quite unique. Nevertheless, if I need to mention just one, I would say that I keep excellent memories of the project with Essilor. It was the first implementation project that I handled from A to Z and I learned a lot with them (especially about the value of cooperation between Procurement and Finance). I am also very proud of the relationship we have built with the project manager, Véronique Pons, who is today one of our greatest ambassadors 🙂

Why did you want to join Per Angusta?

When I was working as a buyer, I really loved the feeling or working closely with stakeholders toward a common goal. I realized that Per Angusta shared the same vision with their clients. The whole team is 100% dedicated to customer satisfaction and it feels rewarding to work in such an environment. Finally, I have heard several people at Per Angusta saying “we do complex things in an easy way” and in fact I‘m fully aligned with this philosophy.

Come on, you can tell us … 😉 what’s your hidden talent?

I am not so bad at fixing stuff. I can spend hours trying to understand why something does not work and trying to fix it. A couple years back, I took apart the engine of my motorcycle to troubleshoot it (and yes, I successfully reassembled it 🙂).
