Here is Arthur Boitel, Sales Manager at Per Angusta!

If you were a dish?
Something light and subtle…Probably a giant T-bone steak grilled on the barbecue 😉 Never disappointing!
Stockholm, where I’ve spent 2 wonderful years, for its amazing museums (Fotografiska, Moderna Museet, Vasa Museet…), its archipelago of more than 30,000 islands, the perfect English of its people (from 5 to 99 years old!), its summer when the sun never goes down, and… its airport! It may sound weird but I love airports, and landing in Arlanda is an instant immersion into the Scandinavian atmosphere! 🇸🇪
A famous character?
I’d like to say Ragnar Lothbrok from the TV show Vikings! But I probably wouldn’t last more than two minutes on an eighth-century battlefield trying to conquer England. So I will go for a far more Pacific traveler: Antoine de Maximy, from the French TV show « J’irai dormir chez vous ». I love watching his trips and I’m surely much more talented and experienced at trip planning than making war 😊
A tool? 🛠
There is one object that I’m particularly missing during the lockdown…my tennis racket—a Wilson, to be exact. 🎾
What’s your last impulse purchase?
An all-in-one brewing system called a Grainfather Connect! My ultimate goal is to be able to brew something very similar to the kind of British ales that you can drink in Bristol or London pubs, but I’m still ages from that level of expertise! 🍺
What did you do before joining Per Angusta?
I started my career abroad, working for the automotive industry (Nissan Europe, Citroen Sweden, Continental UK, Nissan GB), mostly working in CRM marketing and the customer journey. I discovered business development and sold SaaS solutions as an Account Director for an independent B2B marketing agency. It was an opportunity to work for other industries outside of automotive, construction, air transportation, industry, tourism, etc.
What is your current role within the Sales Team?
Similar to my teammates from the sales department, I am responsible for developing our international and national business with mid-caps, multinational, and public organizations.
My role is to meet buyers, understand their specific needs, and show them how Per Angusta could help them with their pain points. I am passionate about meeting with buyers from various organizations and industries, learning about their very different backgrounds and helping them solve their problems with our platform.
Per Angusta has developed a leading ecosystem with worldwide consulting firms, editors, and data providers. I’m also involved in managing and coordinating those partnerships.
Tell us about a project that you are particularly proud to have participated in Per Angusta?
I only joined Per Angusta a couple of months ago, but I’m really proud of being responsible for managing our very dense and strong partner ecosystem. It is a major focus for Per Angusta, as part of our best-of-breed approach, that allows organizations to build their own procurement environment, which adapts to their needs and business objectives.
Why did you want to join Per Angusta?
Intellectual curiosity and international environments have always been guiding forces for me when making choices about my professional life, and so joining Per Angusta was an obvious choice for me. The possibility to work with organizations from all kind of industries, while being part of a thrilling business that is not scared of growing and has international ambitions, is extremely exciting for me.
