Here is Marie-Gersande Cormoreche , Customer Success Manager at Per Angusta!

If you were a dish?
I’m a big fan of chocolate so I’ll answer without hesitation: A chocolate royal! CLASSIC and I will never get enough of it! 🍫

A destination?
Montreal… first of all because I have friends there that I would love to go see! And because I’ve always dreamed of visiting Quebec—it’s a region that has always been attractive to me! 🇨🇦

A famous character?
I really like the character Donna in Suits, because she is a girl boss! Smart, independent and with great intuition, she reaches the top thanks to hard work. I find it inspiring!

What’s your last impulse purchase?
Buyer deformation. I always think twice before spending (with a large Excel file to compare offers). I make more impactful purchases than impulsive ones. I’m buying a barn to renovate it and make it a cozy little nest!

What did you do before joining Per Angusta?

I was an indirect buyer! First at the Adecco Group in the following categories: marketing, training, facility management, and events. Actually, it was during this experience that I first used Per Angusta! I then worked as a buyer for Olympique Lyonnais, a football team, for two years. My role was to manage the service contracts linked to the organization of the stadium. So, I’m a versatile buyer 😉

What is your current role within the CSM Team?

I am part of the Delivery/CSM team. My mission is to make sure that our customers fully adopt our Solution by accompanying them throughout their use of Per Angusta and by giving them necessary best practices. This is my role in Customer Success. I also support customer admins on a daily basis to make sure they’re maximizing their use of Per Angusta according to their needs. I also provide support to Per Angusta users (by the way, don’t hesitate to leave me Kudos 😎)

Tell us about a project that you are particularly proud to have participated in Per Angusta?

I am currently setting up a customer demo day. The first session took place in November. The objective is to set up a recurring monthly meeting, in collaboration with the Per Angusta admins. This will allow us to showcase the latest features and, above all, exchange use cases and problems that admins encounter. I love the idea of being able to communicate with our admins on a regular basis! Our solution is evolving very quickly to meet the needs of our customers. It’s truly an asset but it also means that we have to continually learn how to handle new features and I think Demo Day is the right format for that!

Why did you want to join Per Angusta?

As a former buyer, I experienced difficulties in showcasing Procurement’s value within the company. I find that Per Angusta brings an innovative solution to buyers by allowing them to communicate in a transparent and efficient way with all stakeholders, internal customers, finance, lawyers…

I also wanted to join a human-sized team with strong values. To me, being surrounded by the right people is an enriching mission!
