Meet the team | Vincent

The goal of these articles is to introduce the members of our team.
Here is Vincent Arsenault, CSM and Pre-Sales Account Manager for North America at Per Angusta!

If you were a dish?
Lasagna, for all its possibilities of creativity, surprises, tradition, innovation and excess.

A destination?
It would be too easy to say Québec, so I’ll say Scotland. I’ve only visited Edinburgh for a week, but it was love at first sight. I love Celtic festivals, fried Mars bars, whiskey, mysterious little alleys, well-dressed men in suits with impeccable red beards, and the shiver-inducing bag pipe. I also recently learned my ancestors are from Scotland so it’s no wonder I love it.

A famous character?
René Levesque, a great political figure in Québec’s history.

A tool? 🛠
I love a mechanical keyboard — little satisfying clicks and a useful, aesthetically pleasing tool with lots of possibilities to change the keys and add crazy colors.

What’s your last impulse purchase?
I recently bought new Baffin Sequoia winter boots to keep me warm during my snowshoe hikes. Read their description and tell me it doesn’t sound like a tank hahaha 😉

What did you do before joining Per Angusta?

For four years, I was the product owner and IS project manager for the Orano Group. I was in charge of JAGGER’s Cloud procurement solution eSourcing, Suppliers and Contracts modules. I also helped with deployment, change management, steering committees, and training. I was previously in charge of our Cloud HRIS as product owner and project manager. Before that, I held a position as consultant for Oracle Taleo’s Cloud HRIS solution, deploying it for world-class companies such as Sony, Nike, National Bank of Canada, and Hoffmann-La Roche. I was basically born and raised as a professional in Cloud/SaaS systems.

What is your current role within the CSM Team?

I’m a hybrid CSM and Pre-Sales Account Manager for North America. As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), I help implement the solution and ensure day-to-day support to make sure our clients are satisfied – and of course, that they remain satisfied over time. For presales, I collaborate with sales to identify and define the needs and goals of potential clients. I also configure and prepare Per Angusta for demos.

Tell us about a project that you are particularly proud to have participated in Per Angusta?

I’m a newcomer to the team. I have been here for almost three months and have successfully deployed my first client, a UK leading speciality bakery manufacturer. I have also launched our internal meeting “Client Showcase: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly”, a time for delivery and sales to present a client’s specificities.

Why did you want to join Per Angusta?

I’m a bit of a geek at heart so initially I was attracted by the application itself. It’s innovative, disruptive, unique, simple, and has an excellent technological foundation, but it’s also a real solution for procurement teams. Once I met the team, the deal was sealed.

I speak Hungarian and I cook a mean gulyàs.
