From its 40 industrial sites spread across Europe, America, Africa and Asia, the group is committed to serving its customers responsibly by operating a strong environmental and societal policy.

Albea Purchasing team was relying on a standard S2C Suite, completed with an internal process based on Excel to monitor their Procurement Performance. This process was cumbersome and offered limited possibilities for an evolution.
Likewise, the existing purchasing Solution was lacking internal adoption, and needed a complete reengineering.

After a full selection process among all market leaders, Albea decided to implement Per Angusta together with a renewal of its organisation.
